Baby Oopsie Daisy is a killer baby doll animated by the demon The Kid. She is the unofficial leader of the demonic toys. She is one of only 3 Demonic Toys (the others being Cowboy Roy and Frownie Clownie) that has the ability to speak.

Baby Oopsie Daisy is a small baby doll that consistently wears blue clothing, has green eyes, and a near completly bald head.

Demonic Toys[]
In The Demonic Toys, Baby Oopsie Daisy is seen committing several murders, using guns and knives. Near the film's climax, Mark Wayne uses a lighter and spray can to burn half of Baby Oopsie Daisy's body. She survives this, but is later on killed when her head is shot off, then shot to pieces.
Dollman vs. Demonic Toys[]
In Dollman vs. Demonic Toys, Baby Oopsie Daisy is brought back to life when a homeless man's blood spills into the cracks of the Toyland Warehouse. In this film alongside Puppet Master vs. Demonic Toys, Baby Oopsie Daisy is shown to be male, although some theorize The Kid changed the gender of Baby Oopsie Daisy so they would be able to rape Ginger, so she could then eventually give birth to The Kid, thus granting him a human body. Baby Oopsie Daisy is shown to be the leader of the Demonic Toys in this film, starting a trend that would then continue into later adaptations. Baby Oopsie Daisy alongside Zombietoid, Jack Attack, and Mr. Static, capture Brick Bardo and Ginger, with Baby Oopsie Daisy attempting to impregnate Ginger. But Baby Oopsie Daisy, alongside the other Demonic Toys, is defeated and killed by Brick Bardo when he telekinetically pulls his gun to his hands and shoots Baby Oopsie Daisy to bits. Thus killing him.
Puppet Master vs. Demonic Toys[]
In Puppet Master vs. Demonic Toys, Baby Oopsie Daisy is once again depicted as male rather than female. Although this time around, fans assume that this particular version of Baby Oopsie Daisy is an entirely different character, rather than the Baby Oopsie Daisy seen in previous and later installments of the Demonic Toys franchise, with some even giving him nicknames such as "Fake Oopsie", and, "Unfunny New York Joe". Baby Oopsie Daisy is seen once again sexually assaulting woman, although this time alongside Jack Attack and Grizzly Teddy. But unlike is other iterations, Baby Oopsie Daisy does not use weapons and/or firearms of any kind. Rather instead opting to use brute force and farts that send him flying upward instead. In the climax of the film, Baby Oopsie Daisy can be seen fighting Pinhead, which results in Pinhead relentlessly hammering his fists into Baby Oopsie Daisy's head, crushing it, then finally punching Baby Oopsie Daisy up into the air and into a hole that leads straight to hell. Although a scene directly before the credits roll, shows Baby Oopsie Daisy climbing up and nearly out of the hole, before breaking the fourth wall and saying a quippy one-liner, then swiftly dropping back down the hole and into hell.
Demonic Toys 2: Personal Demons[]
In Demonic Toys 2: Personal Demons, Baby Oopsie Daisy (referred to as "Baby Whoopsie" in this film and this film alone), alongside Jack Attack, is seen having her remains being rebuilt from the events of Dollman vs. Demonic Toys (potentially retconning the previous film Puppet Master vs. Demonic Toys out of canon) by a mysterious figure. She is then put into some hay. She is later seen being brought to life by Divoletto, where she promptly goes on a killing spree with Jack Attack and Divoletto. Her massacre is then later put to an end, when she has her head completely destroyed by a shovel.
Baby Oopsie[]
In Baby Oopsie, Baby Oopsie Daisy (referred to as just "Baby Oopsie" in this film as well as Baby Oopsie 2: Murder Dolls and Baby Oopsie 3: Burn Baby Burn!) has her disfigured and scarred body sent to Sybil Pittman, who proceeds to rebuild her and put a satanic emblem (also sent to Sybil Pittman) inside Baby Oopsie Daisy's body. Thus bringing Baby Oopsie Daisy back to life. Were she manipulates Sybil Pittman into helping her kill tons of people. Eventually though, Sybil Pittman frees herself from Baby Oopsie Daisy's manipulation and fights Baby Oopsie Daisy, ending with her melting Baby Oopsie Daisy then stabbing Baby Oopsie Daisy in the chest. But at the end of the movie when Ray Ray is revealed to have sent Sybil Pittman Baby Oopsie Daisy's body, he takes control of Sybil Pittman's mind and has Baby Oopsie Daisy rebuilt.
Baby Oopsie 2: Murder Dolls[]
In Baby Oopsie 2: Murder Dolls, Baby Oopsie Daisy, alongside the newly created Cowboy Roy and Frownie Clownie, kills people while trying to bring toy hell on earth.
Baby Oopsie 3: Burn Baby Burn![]
In Baby Oopsie 3: Burn Baby Burn!, Baby Oopsie Daisy, once again alongside Cowboy Roy and Frownie Clownie, kills even more people while trying to bring toy hell on earth. But after Sybil Pittman and Ray Ray are freed from the demonic mind control, and a failed attempt at killing a priest, the priest summons The Toy Master, who he commands to kill Baby Oopsie Daisy, Cowboy Roy, and Frownie Clownie. Listening to the priest, The Toy Master proceeds to eat the baby dolls, leaving them in pieces inside the now burning house. The priest is later shown to now have the parts of Baby Oopsie Daisy, Cowboy Roy, and Frownie Clownie, potentially hinting at their return.

Demonic Toys: Play At Your Own Risk![]
In Demonic Toys: Play At Your Own Risk!, Baby Oopsie Daisy, is shown once again working under The Kid, alongside Jack Attack, Mr. Static, Grizzly Teddy, and a red Toy Soldier. Together they try to get The Kid a new body while murdering whoever gets in their way. Near the end of the comic, Baby Oopsie Daisy, as well as the other Demonic Toys, are seen increasing dramatically in size, towering over the humans. But Baby Oopsie Daisy and the rest of the Demonic Toys end up being killed in an explosion.
